I like a long lunch with good wine and lots of fun conversations about anything, everything or just a quiet smile. Life is busy for me during the working week and I really enjoy what I do as well as the freedom to enjoy the time outside of work. I can be serious, focussed and decisive if the mood calls for it and take myself as serious as a grain of salt - with a smile. I'm in reasonable shape and manage to hit the gym at least twice a week plus get some outdoor action on a weekend.

On an even more serious note I do get some time during week days so if you have an itch that needs a little attention on a Monday mid morning I'd be delighted to assist.
