I'm a couple of kilos too heavy , and i mean only a couple , and while i sometimes think about getting back into shape, i just know its not going to happen. I'm just a bit less than 5'11 , i am relatively fit but i wont be running any marathons , or even half marathons. Hell i wont even be running for a bus.
