Chat on iPhone 5?

I thought I saw a blog a while ago about how to get chat on iPhones.....is anyone able to help!

-It can be glitchy but change the bandwidth and the port if you need to. I run a diagnostic when I'm at different places to help me work out the bandwidth speed. Ill be on 6 at home but usually 3 when I'm at a free wifi hotspot, 2 when on 3G and 1 if I'm running on my iPad through my phone hotspot

-What it does is stream the site through their servers and then sends it to your phone, so it's slower than normal browsing but not to bad :)

-is it specific to this site, or is it a flash crack plugin thats non specific?
