FF Mobile Preview!
Update 5/05/16 - Launch is now just a few days away! We're aiming for next Wednesday, May 11, or earlier.
FF regulars have been so patient awaiting the promised FF 3.0 and FF Mobile that I figured it's finally time to open up the kimono all the way and show you what's in store.
I'll probably go into about why it's taking so long in another post. Short story is, after 4 years of dev (another story in itself - mistakes made, lessons learned...), I had to start from scratch with a new design and new developers.
Current progress - getting close. The front-end dev is speeding up and it's nearly time to bring in the big gun - Sam - who did the back end programming on FF 1.0 and has been my mate and trusted tech guru ever since.
A couple of notes:
- no actual FF member has been harmed in the creation of these mockups. Just models.
- the "lorem ipsum" gibberrish is just dummy text for mockup purposes - we have no current plans to change the default language to Latin.
- ignore the strange, coloured squares in some of these mockups - they're just spacers I use in the design process

-Borrowed that expression from the amazing NYT reporter David Carr. I saw him interview Danny Boyle at SXSW and the trailer Danny showed gave the whole movie away. "Wow - you really opened up the kimono there, Danny". RIP David Carr.
