Pain Ponder
Pressed against the wall. You can hardly move. Backside kind of hurts as motion is in order. Yet there is something about it that makes it tempting. No matter how uncomfortable or painful it feels, it is still desired.
Why are pain receptors in line with pleasure? Are they switched off when all is merged? Or misinterpreted? In another setting one would scream in a bad way. But while thrusting is in order, screams become one of delight.
Maybe a desire of vulnerability. One could sleep eternally doing something mindblowing. Heightened sensations. Feel everything, yet can take it more intensely. It takes over the body completely. Almost like a part of you is already asleep, while the other part over compensates for it. So easy to want to let it explode and take you all the way. Eternally.

-...shit. I read theories about why it is pleasurable... If I remember correctly it is because of the adrenaline high you get. The relief of the pain... Will go back to it later. You get a strange endorphin rush after it or during it in the case of needle play etc.
Anticipating blows and not knowing when or where something is going to happen to them is also exciting for the person receiving - if you gradually build the blows and trick the skin by starting off slowly someone can take more pain for longer etc. People often think just whacking someone as hard as they can with a whip is domination but if you ever watch anyone experienced you will see that it is not just about hurting someone but controlling their pleasure/pain and playing with their mind .
I don't know how much of it is about our mental state and how much is to do with being physically excited and pumped as a reaction but it is definitely both.
