Ok Blog Number 2 (Im hooked like a junky).
A Balanced Life ?
What defines a balanced life, diet, work, friends, love, exercise, financial, holidays.
Instruction Manual? I didn't get one, so I am writing my own as I go through life.
Ok, I analyse and observe the lives of friends, family and random people, what I have discovered is that a balanced life really doesn't exist, you ask why?
Well put in this perspective people, a propeller, spinning in perfect sync, same speed, in Balance.
Throw a spanner in the works, bang ? what happens, its balance has suddenly been thrown off, its sync gone, no longer is it in balance but is now all over the place.
Hence the so called balanced life: throw a spanner into the works, such as loss of work and what happens, your world (Balance) has now suddenly been thrown out of sync, you panic, you try and analyse the situation, but your mind is clouded by fear of your comfort zone being throw off.
Now Comfort Zone: Your person happy balanced life style in my opinion, weather it be healthy or not healthy, happy or sad, its what your comfortable with.
Personally: My comfort zone has been shattered throughout the last three years, with loss of a loved one, the loss of a managing position that I was in for 8 years, the loss of a close family pet of 23 years, the reality of twins born so premie it wasn't funny, the reality of possibly being sued through a house purchase and sell.
Such is my life, I took it as it came, day by day, each event after the other, you know what, It toughened the hell out of me, turned the heart into stone.
So you know what I did to get thought it all for me and my life: Complete 360 life style, moved away from the city, away from the stress of life, stepped up my laid back fuck free attitude in life to be even more happier, as you only live once, enjoy it.
I ask you this: Evaluate your comfort zone, remember its never safe but embrace change as a good thing not bad.

until..........urgh that thing in life where multiple large implements get chucked toward your head
